In partnership with Amazon Web Services, Karbon cards provide up to $5,000 worth of AWS credits to its customers. These credits can be availed by both new AWS customers and existing AWS customers.
If you are a recent AWS customer and you have never applied for AWS credits through another source, then you most likely would get the AWS credits. Most of our customers received $3,000 AWS credits.
If you applied for AWS credits earlier with another partner, then you might not get AWS credits. However, few of our customers who earlier received AWS credits from another place got $1,000 or $2,000 AWS credits when they applied via Karbon.
If you already have some AWS credits in your AWS account, then we suggest our customers to wait for sometime and apply for AWS credits after their existing AWS credits are over.
Please note that AWS credits decision is made by AWS team, and they decide whom to give credits or not. We at Karbon are unable to help if AWS team declines your AWS credits application.
It takes roughly 2-4 weeks to process AWS credits.
Below are the steps to apply for AWS credits.
1.
Login to Karbon Dashboard
2.
Click Rewards link on the left
3.
Click on AWS Activate rewards icon. You would see a below dialog.
4.
You would get an email with further instructions.
5.
Follow the instructions and click on AWS Activate page link
6.
Click Apply Now
7.
Login to you AWS account
8.
While filing details on the page, please enter your official email address with which your AWS account is connected.
Kindly do not share Org ID with another company or friend. It would not work, as AWS asks for an approval from Karbon cards before issuing AWS credits to a company.
