Adding beneficiary is simple and fast with Karbon cards. You do not need to wait for 30 minutes or an entire day for an approval of beneficiary. Also, we have penny drop ( Rs. 1 ) feature to verify whether the beneficiary exists or not.
Below are the steps.

Login to Karbon Dashboard,
Click Payout

Click Beneficiaries

Fill the details to "Create new beneficiary"

Enter Beneficiary Name
If it is individual, then enter the name of individual. If it is a company, then enter the name of the POC at the company.

Enter Beneficiary Type
If you are using Karbon Payout to make payroll, then choose Employee.
Vendor - Entities or Individuals who provide service or product to you
Customer - Entities or Individuals whom you sell your product or service

Enter PAN number of the company of the vendor or customer or employee ( Optional )
8.
Enter the GSTIN of the company ( Optional )
9.
Enter the name of Bank to which you need to make payments
10.
Enter the account holder name
It is usually the name of company or individual. In some rare cases, the account holder name is different from that of beneficiary name or company name.

Enter the bank account number
Be extremely careful while entering bank account number. If you entered a wrong bank account number, the transaction could fail or someone else could receive the funds. If funds went to someone else, there is no way to get that back.

Enter the IFSC code
Kindly be extremely careful while entering IFSC code.
12.
Add notes to the Beneficiary
This will help you remember and recall why you added this beneficiary.
14. Provide the Contact information ( Optional )
Keep the Penny Drop notification ON
Click Save
- You can also add Multiple Beneficiaries by clicking on the top right corner Multiple Beneficiaries option
Download the Beneficiary template, fill in the data and upload in the section provided.
