How do I change my phone number/email/WhatsApp number on Karbon Card ?

Unlike banks, you can quickly change the phone number associated with  your Karbon Card.

Please follow the below steps, and your new number would be updated in less than an hour.

1) Log in to karbon dashboard

2) Click on dropdown menu near your name on upper right corner

3) Click on Personal info.

4)Click on the Phone number arrow

5) Update your phone number, enter OTP from your new number, and click Submit

If your new number is already registered in Karbon system, then you would get an error.

It is done. 

Similarly WhatsApp  number and email can be updated.
