My card was charged but the transaction failed. How do I get a refund for the same ?

  1. Merchant Name
  2. Transaction Date
  3. Transaction Amount
  4. Card Holder Name
  5. Company Email

Kindly note that it takes 5-15 working days to process refunds. We will keep you posted on the refund status.

You might be wondering why the transaction failed. Well, only 90% of card transactions pass. The remaining fail due to variety of reasons but mostly due to the payment gateways and bank servers, not due to the card issuing bank or fintech. 

Even though your merchant says that the refund is processed, it takes a while to get that refund in our bank account for us to pass that over to you.
